“We are very satisfied with the number of visitors we welcomed at the show. We exceeded the traffic for the 2021 edition. This shows very well that the population is ready to consider modifying their transportation habits,” reports Mr. Luc Saumure, co-promoter of the Quebec Electric Vehicle Show.
Throughout the weekend, visitors were able to learn not only about the vehicles presented by the various manufacturers, but also about the residential charging solutions that can be installed, and the different modes of electric transportation. such as bicycles, scooters, motorcycles or even scooters which are now available to the general public.
The great popularity of free test drives
Road tests were popular all weekend long! In fact, 1,471 road tests were carried out by visitors charmed by the 35 cars present on site. “The Quebec Electric Vehicle Show was a must-see for visitors wishing to see and test drive the electric vehicles available on the market. They were able to compare the models and get their idea of the vehicle that best meets their needs,” says Charles Drouin, CEO of Corporation Mobilis and co-promoter of the Quebec Electric Vehicle Show.
In addition to road tests, visitors were able to stroll around the indoor track, which was designed for the enjoyment of visitors, which offered to try out bicycles, scooters, and small motorcycles.
